Location: Passavant Area Hospital - Jacksonville, IL
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Weekends On Call
Plans and delivers nutritional care to patients according to the physicians’ diagnoses. Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary care team. Exercises independent judgment. Completion of approved internship. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Working Conditions-Physical Requirements & Atmosphere:
Computer literacy with Windows based systems. Communicate effectively. Work independently, making independent decisions within departmental guidelines Work under pressure in a noisy and hot environment and accomplish multiple tasks. Be flexible with scheduled work hours and assignment. Physically able to walk, stand and lift 20#’s. Good manual dexterity. Visual and auditory acuity. Excellent customer service skills. May be exposed to blood and body fluids.
4 year bachelor’s degree in dietetics Licensure/Certification/Registry:
Registration with commission on Dietetic Registration, Licensure with the state of Illinois.
