Assess patient nutritional status, develop and implement nutritional care plans and educate patients and family members in prescribed diets and nutritional information. The Clinical Dietitian serves a patient population covering pediatrics to geriatrics. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc
Qualifications: BA/BS degree plus professional certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligibility for registration within six (6) months of hire.
