Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is conducting a search for a Clinical Manager to join their Nutrition Therapy Leadership Team! PEDIATRIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
The Clinical Manager of Nutrition Therapy will provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient service delivery, coach and develop staff, and manage the work environment for the Nutrition Therapy Department. The Clinical Manager will join a large leadership team under the direction of a New Director and will have oversight of about 35 employees (registered dietitians, dietetic technicians and formula room technicians). This position will have responsibility for the formula room that makes on average of 100 formulas a day.

A little bit about the Cincinnati Children’s Division of Nutrition Therapy: Our Nutrition Therapy Department is made up of about 100 staff including: registered dietitians, dietetic technicians, certified lactation consultants, formula room technicians, lead staff (dietitians, dietetic technician and formula room) managers and education specialist. Nutrition Therapy is offered at our Main Burnet Campus, Liberty Campus, College Hill, and several neighborhood locations.

Forty percent of the Dietitians have an advanced degree, 40 percent have a specialty certification, over 50 percent are at a Level II or above, and over 30 percent are senior staff with 10 plus years of service.
Our reputable dietitians have presented at several National Conferences and had 25 publications in 2014/15 including JPEN, Journal of Child Neurology, and Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Required: ·Bachelor of Science AND Registered Dietitian with license to practice in the state of Ohio. 3 years related experience, pediatric experience required. Preferred: ·Master's Degree in a related discipline. Prior operational and supervisory experience within a complex medical center.
